COVID-19 Protocol

In response to the COVID-19 virus we have taken the following steps:

– All staff members will be wearing protective masks and gloves

– Reducing the number of appointments per day to allow ample time for additional cleaning and disinfecting between patients

– Mailing out batteries and other supplies as needed instead of having to physically come in to the clinic

– Booking only essential appointments (hearing aid repairs / hearing aid fittings)
